Delivery Truck Driver - CDL B

Ferguson, a Fortune 500 distributor, is hiring a truck driver with a valid CDL B for Monday‑Friday 6:00am–2:00pm. The position pays $26 per hour and includes hourly bonus potential and a safe‑driver incentive.

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure delivery ticket accuracy.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, refuel the truck as needed, and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling, preparing, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper PPE usage, and wear a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs.
• Work overtime as needed.

• Valid CDL B and at least 21 years old.
• Maintain qualifications for CDL requirements and all DOT standards.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.
