Job Description

Domino's is recruiting qualified delivery drivers to staff stores. The role requires a flexible schedule and offers potential advancement.

• Be 18 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Be able to navigate within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.

• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orientation and training are provided on the job.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Coordinate motor skills to make rapid and accurate movements.
• Work efficiently in varying weather conditions and temperatures ranging from 36°F to above 90°F.
• Handle exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
• Perform tasks that require standing, walking, crouching, squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, and reaching.
• Manipulate pizza dough using forearms and wrists; use pizza peel and rolling cutter; assemble pizza boxes.

Physical requirements include standing, walking over tile and linoleum, crouching, squatting, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying 12‑pound trays, pushing and pulling trays on dollies, climbing stairs or ladders, reaching forward and upward, and manipulating tools such as a pizza peel and cutter.

Work conditions may involve exposure to varying temperatures, outdoor weather, fumes, and dust.
