Compensation:

Up to 80 CPM: 70

CPM base PLUS 6-10 CPM instructor premium depending on experience
Earn average $1,750 - $2,000 per week
$3,500 sign-on bonus - we value your experience
2 Weeks Out, Home 2-3 Days

Responsibilities:

Provide over-the-road training for new CDL-A drivers with less than six months of experience.
Share a truck with the trainee throughout the training period.
Offer refresher training for experienced drivers and remedial training for those on development plans.

Qualifications:

3+ years of verifiable, accident-free Class A truck driving experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate new drivers.
Experience in driver training is preferred but not required—your passion for safety and teaching is what matters most.
Willingness to share truck space with students for up to five weeks at a time.
Completion of a two-day ICI certification class
Maintain acceptable safety, operations, shop, and training performance
Attend quarterly ICI meetings
Continuous training via online sources and in-person classroom events
