We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in North Apollo, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that packages and products reach our customers safely, on time, and in excellent condition. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while maintaining strong communication with our dispatch team and customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate your own vehicle to transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout the North Apollo area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiency
• Load, unload, and secure packages safely, taking care to protect items from damage during transit
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and any special delivery instructions
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues on the spot
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to management
• Navigate using GPS and mapping technology to locate addresses accurately and adapt to route changes as needed
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or obstacles
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving
• Handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, building positive relationships with those you serve
• Organize and manage your delivery schedule to meet daily targets and performance goals

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Own reliable vehicle in good working condition
• Current vehicle insurance meeting state requirements
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Physical capability to perform loading, unloading, and delivery tasks
