Certified CDL Hostler / Yard DriverOnTrac Hostlers are responsible for safely positioning and maneuvering trailers to and from the dock. This position works closely with the yard team and Operations Management.

Pay: $27.50 per hour
Shift: 3/12 weekend shift! Friday - Sunday from 10 AM - 10:30 PM. Hours subject to change depending on the needs of the business.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both
- Minimum 1-year driving experience, preferably with trailers or towed machinery
- Class A CDL
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and background checks
- Must be at least 18 years old, possess a clean driving record, valid identification and be able to pass a TSA screening
- Must be able to provide a 5-year to 10-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
- Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment as outlined in the Company Safety Program
- Properly pre‑trip and inspect each trailer to meet DOT compliance standards
- Correctly position trailers on the dock using a yard switcher tractor
- Switch trailers as needed during the daily sort; hook up sets of trailers for line hauls leaving the facility
- Clearly communicate trailer moves and numbers with operations management
