School Bus Driver​/Trainee

Compensation & Sign-On Bonuses

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus for fully licensed school bus drivers who hold a valid CDL with both S & P endorsements.
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus for applicants who successfully complete company‑provided CDL training.
• Opportunity to earn up to an extra $150 per month in incentives, paid out every two weeks.
• Bonuses available to new hires only who are hired between February 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and additional terms may apply.

Part‑time school bus driver for Krapf Bus operating in Coatesville, Downingtown, Twin Valley, & surrounding areas.

• Part Time Employment
• Day Shift – no nights or weekends required
• Split Schedule – 20/30 hours per week
• Guaranteed 4 hours per day
• Summer Work Available
• Driver may bring their child(ren) to ride with them while they drive
• Consistent schedule with steady income

• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, covering both AM and PM routes for COATESVILLE or DOWNINGTOWN.

• No experience required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License for at least one year.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must hold a valid CDL with both School & Passenger endorsements (for $5,000 bonus).

Very Competitive Pay: $23.75/$28.25 per hour.
