Now Hiring Part Time Van Drivers for Seneca Valley School District, Harmony, PA! As a First Student Part Time School Van Driver you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before‑school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home.
No experience as a van driver is required! We’re proud to train you with our industry‑leading technology to help you succeed.
- Split shift: early morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with a few free hours in between.
- Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available.
- $20.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience and vehicle type.
- $20.00 training pay rate.
- $2,500 sign‑on bonus* (conditions apply).
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits plus 401(k) retirement savings plans (benefits may vary by location or CBA).
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
- No college degree or high school diploma required.
- Military experience encouraged.
- Experience returning to the workforce, looking for a second job, or retirees encouraged.
- Looking for a part‑time schedule and enjoy working with students.
- Position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety‑sensitive employee (DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40). ScheduleI drugs, including marijuana, are not permitted for any reason.
- Bonus expires 12/31/26.
