RXO - - Responsibilities:
Provide logistics support including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination;
Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders;
Update account managers on problem loads and what actions have been taken, and update receivers and customers on load status;
Monitor daily pickups and deliveries to verify on-time arrival and condition;
Take check calls from drivers to ensure timely delivery and validate load data prior to marking delivered
