Pay: $21.00 per hour

Day Shift

Driver / Dispatch Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch daily transportation routes and driver assignments
• Manage high-volume scheduling and make real-time route adjustments
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and operations teams throughout the day
• Monitor route performance and assist with service issues as they arise
• Operate company vehicles and transport passengers when coverage is needed
• Complete required reports, logs, and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and transportation regulations

Driver / Dispatch Scheduler

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch, scheduling, transportation, logistics, or fleet coordination experience
• Experience working in a high-volume environment preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use dispatching and routing software
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support driving operations when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
