Associate Shuttle Driver

The Associate Shuttle Driver at Nemacolin is responsible for maintaining the safety of all persons and other vehicles on the roadway. The driver will be expected to maintain their appearance and performance in accordance with Nemacolin standards. In essence, the Associate Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting associates in a safe and timely manner to their requested destinations.

Essential functions include transporting associates to and from their destination (work and housing locations), completing a walk through of the vehicle, checking vehicle's fluids and tires, cleaning both exterior and interior of vehicles, courteous communication on hand-held radios between dispatcher and other drivers, staying in a continuous loop throughout property, and other job duties assigned.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include strong interpersonal relationship skills and a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, ability to take direction and work under stressful situations, flexible scheduling, excellent communication skills, ability to drive standard and automatic transmissions, customer-service oriented, and ability to speak English.
