Sign-On Bonuses
  • $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for fully licensed drivers

Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus safely following DOT regulations.
  • Perform a split shift: early morning before-school pickup and after-school drop-off, with free hours in between.
  • Gain additional hours through trips and charters when available.
Benefits
  • $32.00/hr starting wage for experienced drivers based on driver experience and vehicle type.
  • $28.00/hr training pay for experienced drivers; $20.00/hr training pay for non-experienced drivers.
  • $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for fully licensed drivers.
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for new drivers.
  • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits plus 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid CDL training.
  • 2 paid holidays.
Qualifications
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
  • Possess or willing to obtain a CDL license.
  • No college degree or high school diploma required.
  • Military experience is a plus.
  • Returning to workforce or seeking a second job.
  • Retired individuals encouraged.
  • Looking to jump-start a new career.

This position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
