Transportation Coordinator
The Schuylkill Valley School District has an anticipated vacancy for a full-time 12-month Transportation Coordinator. Rate of pay is $28.75/hour - $42.75/hour, depending on experience. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the transportation program for the district. Specific duties include establishing bus routes, communicating with parents/schools/contractors, monitoring road conditions during bad weather and gathering transportation data for state reporting.
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree, computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications, demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to multi-task and respond to emergency situations, and acceptable record of attendance are required.
