LHH Talent - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate drivers and transportation resources for deliveries to multiple locations and job sites;
Schedule and manage pickup and return of freight containers and transportation equipment;
Prepare routing documentation and shipping paperwork in compliance with DOT regulations;
Serve as the primary contact for drivers while on the road and provide problem-solving support as needed;
Recruit and onboard drivers based on seasonal and operational requirements
