Warehouse Position
Process and fulfill parts orders using RF handheld scanners, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and inventory locations.
Review packing slips to determine proper order handling, disposition, and fulfillment requirements.
Pick, pull, and bag parts orders efficiently, verifying accuracy before releasing orders for shipment.
Deliver complete orders to the packaging area for final packaging and quality control review.
Manage customer and service backorders, parts returns, and other assigned inventory-related activities.
Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts while following all company safety policies and procedures.
Regularly lift, move, and position equipment and parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
Collaborate with Leads and Supervisors to prioritize daily workflow, maintain dependable attendance, uphold professional relationships, and meet productivity and accuracy standards.
Driver PositionSafely deliver parts to branches and drop sites on scheduled routes, ensuring timely and accurate service.
Perform and document pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report and address safety or maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain company vehicle in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition while complying with all fleet policies and regulations.
Load and unload trucks safely (forklift as needed) and ensure secure transport of all materials.
Pick, verify, and prepare parts orders using RF scanners, ensuring accuracy of part numbers and quantities.
Review packing slips and support order processing, including backorders and returns.
Follow direction from leadership, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain strong attendance and reliability.
Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong safety-first mindset in all activities.
Maintain professional working relationships with internal teams and external customers.
Perform driver duties including vehicle inspections, safe and timely deliveries, reporting issues, and maintaining clean, roadworthy vehicles.
Ensure compliance with driving privileges, fleet policies, delivery schedules, and housekeeping standards at delivery locations.
Recommended QualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.
Mechanical knowledge and ability to use basic tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Forklift experience.
Strong computer skills and experience with handheld scanners.
Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required.
