We’re hiring motivated people to join the PRS team at the Norfolk Southern Rutherford Rail Yard in Harrisburg, PA.
What You’ll Do:- Drive jockey trucks and move trailers, containers, & chassis around the yard.
- Climb on and off railcars, help the cranes, and keep the trains rolling.
- Work outdoors, stay active, and see real results every shift.

- 06:00 PM Start.
- 10:00 PM Start.
5 days/week, 8-hour shifts + mandatory overtime required (up to 12-hours per day). Yes, weekends & holidays are part of the schedule – that’s how you max out your paycheck! Remember, the Railroad operates 24/7/365.
You’re a Great Fit If You:- Are 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
- Enjoy physical work and being outside.
- Live within ~45 minutes of Harrisburg.
- Can pass a background check, drug screen, and physical capabilities test.
