Warehouse Associate

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise processing, scanning, and movement of physical assets to ensure seamless order fulfillment within our specialized underground facility.

• Process and track incoming and outgoing assets by scanning carton barcodes into the Safekeeper system to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with the operations team to investigate and resolve order discrepancies while manifesting and preparing bundles for secure shipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards by accurately preparing paperwork and maintaining a secure environment within the underground facility.

• One to two years of experience in a warehouse, physical atmosphere, or service-oriented, team-focused environment.
• Knowledge of basic computer systems and the ability to navigate digital tracking tools for order processing.
• Proven ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, and moving boxes averaging 30 pounds in an underground setting.

• Salary: starting 19.5$/hour
