We are currently seeking a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Trainer, PA team. - Precision Fulfillment:
Accurately pull orders, measure, and safely cut hose products, and verify all shipments against invoices - Technical Fabrication:
Produce high-quality fitting and hose assemblies to meet customer specifications - Inventory Mastery:
Assist with receiving, stocking, and conducting physical inventory counts to ensure 100% data accuracy - Logistics Support:
Prepare shipping documents, stage orders for pickup, and assist with van routes (including safe driving to store/customer sites) - Safety & Organization:
Maintain a pristine, safe, and accessible warehouse environment while communicating professionally across departments
- Climate Controlled:
Our warehouses are temperature‑regulated all year long—staying cool in the summer and warm in the winter - Physical Activity:
This is a high‑energy role. You will be on your feet for the duration of your shift (8+ hours) and will regularly bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull - Manual Dexterity:
You will operate machinery and tools to fabricate custom hose assemblies, requiring a steady hand and an eye for detail - Heavy Lifting:
Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and maneuvering products weighing up to 150 lbs - Dynamic Settings:
While primarily warehouse‑based, you may occasionally assist with outdoor loading or travel between store locations to support our distribution network
- Experience:
3+ years of warehouse experience and 2+ years of forklift operation (required) - Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math proficiency (including metrics), and solid computer/data entry skills - Detail‑Oriented:
Ability to identify products by size, type, or code and interpret technical manuals or purchase orders - Professionalism:
Excellent communication skills and a "customer‑first" attitude - Requirements:
