Location: Mill Hall
Key Accountabilities
* Operates warehouse inventory control system in order to maintain the inventory for the area.
* Responsible for the physical control of inventory per Management's instructions.
* Ensures that all inventory transactions are recorded and documented to protect against pilferage and loss.
* Responsible for keeping the inventory area locked at all times.
* Receives, checks and records shipments of operating supplies and materials to verify accuracy of shipments in accordance with shipping instructions.
* Responsible for conducting weekly physical inventories and submitting results to the Operations
* Retrieves, records, and distributes supplies and materials as requisitioned by department members and approved by the department manager.
* Continually emphasize safety. Participates in safety meetings, hazard hunts and ensures JSA's are followed.
* Know, follow and periodically review the requirements established by job policy and procedure. Follow established procedures and guidelines
* Report unsafe acts, conditions or hazards immediately
* Follow instructions given by supervisory personnel.
* Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Knowledge of well stimulation equipment.
* A working knowledge of inventory control practices and principles.
* Must possess organizational skills as required for completing alpha and numerical file maintenance.
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Must have the knowledge and ability to operate a forklift.
* Required to run parts as necessary and pass a satisfactory MVR review.
* Ability to understand and speak English at a level of proficiency allowing employee to issue, received and respond to both safety and operations-related directions in English.
Minimum Required Education
* H.S. Diploma - Required
Minimum Required Work Experience
* 2 years of inventory experience - Required
Licenses and Certifications
* Valid Driver's License Class - Required
