Warehouse Associate

The Swing Kingdom team is looking for a Warehouse Associate with previous packing and warehousing experience. The ideal candidate will be familiar with loading and unloading trucks, pulling and packing orders, and assisting with warehouse inventory.

• Pull and pack orders.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Count, weigh, and package parts for playsets.
• Stock warehouse with any new inventory or any items returned from installations.
• Maintain an organized warehouse by making sure all items are stored properly and that any palletized items are stacked safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor and packaging area.
• Sort returned hardware.
• Assist with Production tasks as needed to support customer orders.
• Additional job duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Previous packing and/or warehousing experience a plus.
• Familiar with operating a forklift a plus — Will certify upon employment.
• Experience with power tools a plus.
• Strong team collaboration skills while also able to work independently.
• Results driven with a positive and professional approach.
• Able to make sound decisions in a fast‑changing environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Organized and keeps work area clean.
• Proactive and clear verbal communication is required.
• Capable of lifting & lowering up to 50 lbs.

• Plant environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Office environment with standard climate control.
• Requires occasional stooping, bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lifting up to 70 pounds.

• Adequate manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer work and documentation.
• Normal range of hearing and clear speaking abilities for effective communication.
• Must be able to stand and walk continuously in warehouse.
