Our client, a leading organization in the beverage and culinary flavor industry, is seeking a 1st Shift Bulk Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a 1st Shift Bulk Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the production and distribution of syrups, purees, and flavors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:*
* ** Shift:
** Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
** What's the Job?*
* + Operate forklifts, including counterbalance and sit-down models, to move materials safely and efficiently.
+ Follow safety procedures to unload trucks and rail containers, ensuring a secure work environment.
+ Use scanners to add and remove inventory, maintaining accurate stock levels.
+ Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and safety standards within the warehouse.
+ Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and positioning materials for manufacturing processes.
+ Pick, pack, and ship products accurately to meet customer and production needs.
+ Replenish pick bins, load/unload trucks and rail containers, and prepare sales orders for dispatch.
** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
+ Strong scanning and computer skills for inventory management.
+ Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Physical ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Self-directed with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Willingness to follow safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all.
