Our client, Starbucks Distribution Center, is seeking 2nd Shift Pickers to join their team. As a Picker, you will be part of the Starbucks Distribution Center team supporting Starbucks stores across the country. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Starbucks Distribution Center Picker (2nd Shift)
Location:
York, Pennsylvania
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00/hour
Shift & Schedule (2nd Shift Only)
All shifts run 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM on the below schedules:
- Sunday – Wednesday
- Wednesday – Saturday
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts.
What’s the Job?
- Pick, pack, palletize, and ship orders accurately
- Use RF scanning equipment to manage inventory and orders
- Maintain order accuracy and inventory control
- Follow all Starbucks safety standards and procedures

- Strong attention to detail
- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills
