1st Shift Warehouse Selector

Overview

Gordon Food Service is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Selector in Imperial, PA. Pay starts at $20.90/hour with potential pay raises in the first year. The work schedule is Sunday–Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off. Shifts start around 7:15 AM and may vary based on work volume. The role is part of a team that handles order processing and delivery in our distribution centers.

• Stand and work on feet for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 100 pounds as part of daily warehouse tasks.
• Work in our freezer environment when required.
• Participate in training with our dedicated training team to learn job duties.
• Assist with selecting orders; compensation scales with production and efficiency.
• Maintain safe and accurate order processing in accordance with company procedures.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions as required by frozen product handling.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (reading labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, benefits information, paperwork, and verbal instructions).
• Successfully pass a drug test and a background check.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
