Compensation and Benefits
Team members earn $20.50 to $23.00 per hour base pay (including shift differentials and premiums) plus up to $2.46 per hour incentive pay based on performance.

As a Warehouse Specialist at the Fredericksburg distribution center, you will work within a values‑driven culture to service Ace Retailers by warehousing merchandise and fulfilling orders, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Receiving: Unload freight with forklift or power equipment, process product via RF scanner onto dock, prepare for stocking.
- Stocking: Use RF scanner to resupply bins, maintain inventory, prepare freight for order picking while on foot or with reach lift.
- Order Filling: Use voice‑collect headset to select and stage merchandise, complete orders efficiently via foot or forklift.
- Shipping: Operate forklift or power equipment to load product onto outgoing trailers strategically.
Shift availability is varied. Safety is our number one priority; all team members receive extensive safety training and contribute to a safety‑centric culture.
Eligibility and Requirements- Minimum age 18 years
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Ability to stoop, squat, kneel regularly, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Active safety champion, contributing to a safety‑centric culture
- Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and self‑starter
