Fulfillment Operations Manager

Overview

As the Fulfillment Operations Manager, you’ll manage a team responsible for efficient and accurate production and fulfillment. Your focus will be on business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), and direct-to-consumer (D2C) customers. Reporting to the Site Director, you’ll drive quality, safety, and teamwork. Specific knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, and e‑commerce is required.

• Experience:
  
  5-7 years Manager experience in order Fulfillment, Warehouse Distribution and E‑commerce.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience required.
• Supervisory
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven track record in a leadership role within warehousing operations.
• Process Knowledge:
  Familiarity with warehouse fulfillment, quality, inventory systems, and shipping/receiving.

  Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform various physical tasks.
