Warehouse Lead; mid shift

We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem‑solving, training, and improving processes.

• Supervise & coordinate daily tasks for Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.
• Train & mentor employees by providing hands‑on coaching and on‑the‑job training to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency by conducting audits, monitoring procedures, and assisting in process improvements.
• Assist in scheduling and planning by working closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.
• Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts, promoting teamwork, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Support warehouse operations by stepping in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day‑to‑day functionality.

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team.
• Hands‑on problem solver with a process improvement mindset.

• Guided Warehouse Operations & Leadership Training.
• Training in Safety & Compliance, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Relations.
• Hands‑on experience in workplace culture and leadership communication.

• Pay Range: $24.96 per hour + $0.75 per hour shift differential.

  Sun‑Thurs 11:00 am‑7:30 pm.
