As a Warehouse Operator 1, you will execute warehouse processes involving moving materials—including small parts, large plastic components, and pallets—in an orderly, fully traceable manner across the facility with a focus on the highest level of quality and patient safety, while fully complying with all obligations.

This is a 1st shift role with hours between 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Execute safe, compliant movement of small parts and large plastic components: pick, pack, label, and transport per customer/export/import requirements while updating Warehouse Management System transactions to maintain real‑time inventory accuracy.
• Operate and support material‑handling equipment (forklifts, trolleys, conveyors, IT terminals, scanners, printers), follow safety protocols, assist experienced operators, and report mechanical or packing issues to maintenance for timely resolution.
• Collect and share inventory data for high‑demand items to support replenishment and forecasting, help implement new picking procedures into existing workflows, and contribute to continuous safety and process improvements.

• No prior experience required; however, understanding or previous experience as a warehouse or distribution center operator is preferred.
• High School Diploma, vocational education certificate, or GED.
• Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive and environmental requirements with or without accommodation.
• Positive and respectful attitude, strong teamwork, high sense of urgency and attention to detail, adaptability and safety consciousness.
• Availability for mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and 10‑hour shifts.

The role is onsite in Reedsville, PA. Company relocation benefits will not be provided. Candidates must reside in or within commuting distance to Reedsville, PA.

The overall pay range is $15.00–$23.00 USD hourly, plus overtime eligibility. Annual incentives, sales commissions, or long‑term incentives may be offered.
