Warehouse Worker II; Replenisher

Position: Warehouse Worker II (Replenisher)
Location: Myerstown

2nd Shift - 3 shift work week Hiring for - (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) & (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Starting rate of $18.00 per hour

This position requires the operation of a Reach Truck and Man Up Order Picker Machine.

This position is focused on replenisher duties.

JOB SUMMARY:

The position will have a wide range of duties that assist with quality control, or replenishment of product, or be the secondary truck loader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Replenisher Duties Remove freight from the receiving dock in an efficient manner.

Accurately slot the product within the warehouse.

Assist with breaking down freight in receiving

Assist in receiving freight when needed

Assist in unloading freight when needed

Perform Hot and Batch Replenishments Perform Pallet and Stock picks

Keep pick slots full of overstock products

Assist Order Selectors as needed

Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and proper manner in accordance with all safety guidelines

Report any discrepancies to inventory control specialist

Quality Control Duties Check all selected orders to ensure that they have been selected and stacked in accordance with established expectations.

Address selectors when necessary to correct quality issues with completes pallets, documenting issue, and provide instructions on how to eliminate the issue moving forward.

Cover for the quality control position for all breaks

Wrap and label completed pallets, and stage in appropriate lane Truck Loading Duties Assist with preparation of the freight on the dock to be loaded; if combining stops is necessary, use good judgement to avoid the customers receiving damaged products

Request trailer, perform quality checks, and request the pulling of the completed trailer using the handheld scanner

Assist with the loading of trucks in accordance with the loading manifest; with attention to detail; using load locks when needed

Place the driver’s equipment (two-wheeler, pallet jack) in trailer when finished

While loading, use appropriate form to “map out” the load for the driver

Operate all warehouse equipment in a safe manner

Perform any other job duties assigned by supervisor

Accurate and thorough in work Attention to detail

Able to address and correct skid quality issues with other selectors

Must possess a better than average safety record

Must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently

Must possess a good attendance record

Must be flexible with scheduling

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
