Warehouse Operator 1 – 2nd Shift
Warehouse responsibilities including stocking and delivering goods to production floor on the 2nd shift.
Your Role- Receiving, unpacking, checking and stocking materials, while recording items taken from inventory and documenting when completed. Completing orders as part of a team or individually: picking orders and wrapping or packing orders in shipping containers.
- Addressing and labeling packages, computing freight rates, while recording the weight and cost of each shipment.
- Sorting, organizing, and marking items with identifying labels (i.e. such as inventory codes), so that inventories can be located quickly and easily.
- Reviewing and fulfilling customer orders quickly and accurately against pick tickets, while printing, picking, packing, data entering and manifesting, ensuring accurate order and invoicing for customer.
- Assuring accurate, efficient, cost‑effective completion of customer orders with a sense of urgency, while following safety guidelines.
- You have a High School Diploma or GED.
- You have acquired 2+ years of experience in a Warehouse setting.
- You have experience safely and diligently operating a Forklift and Stock Picker.
- Your skills include Basic Computer skills, Microsoft Office and SAP.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this shipping warehousing position.
This is an onsite position. The Warehouse Operator will be based in Reedsville, PA.
Compensation and BenefitsThe pay range for this position in PA is $17.75 – $26.19, plus overtime eligible. Employees are eligible to participate in Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401(k) (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and more.
Legal and EligibilityUS work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work‑authorized visa now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. Candidates must reside within commuting distance to Reedsville, PA.
