What You’ll Do:
Bottom Pour Attendants lay brick and mortar, prepare mold sets for production, oversee steel pours, and/or assist with overhead crane moves and will operate a skid steer, forklift and other material handling equipment.
Bottom Pour Attendants work in extreme temperatures, frequently lift 5–55 lbs., climb ladders, kneel for periods of time, work at heights using appropriate safety equipment, and stand and walk for extended periods of time.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
In addition to the basic minimum requirements, qualified Bottom Pour Attendant candidates must achieve minimum scoring in pre‑employment testing.
