Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Lutron has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM) in our facility in the Lehigh Valley. Join a world leading, growing and innovative company right here in the Lehigh Valley – working out of our warehousing facility near Fogelsville.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of picking, packing, staging, receiving, put‑away, replenishment, and inventory control activities within an SAP EWM‑enabled warehouse. This role manages a team of associates to ensure operational excellence and supports customer order fulfillment by maintaining accurate inventory levels and timely task execution. The supervisor monitors both digital systems and physical workflows to identify and resolve issues that could impact customer fill rate or delay outbound shipments.

Success in this role requires a hands‑on leader who can drive performance against key KPIs, foster team accountability, and collaborate across departments to ensure upstream and downstream alignment. • Maintain a safe work environment for the warehouse teams.
• Train staff, audit operations, and implement process improvements.
• Provide direct floor supervision of inbound and outbound operations.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs in quality, service, and cost.
• Report performance metrics to management team(s) and use this data to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross‑functionally support site production operations through hiring, training and development of warehouse staff.
• Develop team members in their skills and career growth.

• 15+ years of shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related – Preferred.
• Ability to work to support 2nd shift warehouse schedule (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM).
• Demonstrated success in coaching, performance management and team development.
• Proven experience with MRP systems – SAP Preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven analytical and computer skills.
