At Sibanye-Stillwater, every role supports our mission to operate safely, responsibly, and sustainably. We are seeking a Team Lead – Warehouse to provide hands‑on leadership and support the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials throughout our Fairless Hills operation.
Working closely with Warehouse, Operations, Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, and site leadership, you'll help coordinate daily warehouse activities, support frontline employees, and ensure operational continuity in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
This is a working lead position responsible for providing day‑to‑day operational support and guidance. The role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities.
What You'll Do- Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, staging, picking, and shipping materials
- Serve as a working lead by supporting frontline employees during daily operations
- Coordinate workflow and task assignments to meet productivity, quality, and accuracy goals
- Promote a Safety First culture by reinforcing safe work practices and company procedures
- Assist with inventory control, material movement, documentation, and cycle count activities
- Communicate operational priorities, issues, and resource needs to supervisors and management
- Partner with Operations, Logistics, and other departments to maintain efficient material flow
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and customer service
- Two or more years of warehouse, logistics, material handling, or distribution experience
- Previous lead, acting lead, or team lead experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced industrial environment
- Forklift experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or inventory systems, preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must meet ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) eligibility requirements
- Must successfully satisfy NAID AAA Certification background screening requirements
- Ability to work throughout an active industrial manufacturing environment
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screening
- Monday through Friday
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
