About the Job

We ship live insects for the pet industry.

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused Warehouse Team Member to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products and materials for shipment while maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, works well as part of a team, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Pick products and materials accurately according to orders or work instructions.
  • Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles as needed.
  • Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Assist with periodic physical inventory counts.
  • Operate pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Operate forklifts or other powered equipment when properly trained and authorized.
  • Keep warehouse, storage, shipping, and receiving areas clean and organized.
  • Follow established procedures.
  • Inspect products for damage, defects, or incorrect quantities.
  • Complete required paperwork, logs, and records accurately.
  • Follow all company safety policies and immediately report unsafe conditions, accidents, or damaged equipment.
  • Work cooperatively with supervisor/lead, coworkers, drivers, vendors, and other departments.
  • Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Physical Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and driving check.
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Math and counting skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Schedule

Monday - Friday

Day shift: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Hours will fluctuate based on production schedules, shipping schedules, and company needs)
