URBN is seeking a Group Lead in Gap, Pennsylvania to lead warehouse operations with a focus on quality and efficiency. Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5 PM–3:30 AM. You will supervise associates, ensure SLAs are met, and act as the subject matter expert in your area.
You will develop employees, promote safe and productive workflows, and coordinate with management to resolve issues. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of leadership experience are required, with overtime flexibility.
