Value Line Packaging

Wavepoint Logistics seeks a Value Line Packaging specialist to support warehouse operations for transportation and warehousing clients. You will assemble, label, and prepare products for shipment, follow packaging standards, and verify counts and documentation. Responsibilities include operating basic warehouse equipment, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and meeting productivity and quality targets. You'll work closely with supervisors and team members to resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries for our North American customers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and label products according to customer and company standards
• Verify order accuracy, counts, and documentation before shipment
• Operate basic warehouse and packaging equipment safely
• Palletize, shrink-wrap, and stage orders for outbound transportation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies
• Meet or exceed daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve packaging or inventory issues
• Follow written work orders, manifests, and standard operating procedures
• Report damaged products, packaging issues, or safety concerns promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and packaging processes
