** PCC Care Office Assistant The PCC Care Office Assistant supports the PCC Care office by greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling details for various events and projects, and providing clerical support as necessary for the daily functions of the office.
** Maintain Office Communications
** Answer phone calls, greet guests, and answer questions. Maintain visible awareness/control of office traffic while keeping the area organized and approachable. Update and send office communications. Maintain and stock all department forms.
** Coordinate Campus Parent Program
** Maintain the Campus Parent Program year-round, coordinating all campaign communications, participant pairing, and program logistics across students, staff, faculty, and Campus Church members.
** Schedule Appointments
** Schedule appointments for all PCC Care services and the Director of PCC Care.
** Maintain Office Details
** Assist with reserving rooms, handling facility set up diagrams, and submitting HVAC needs. Serve as the liaison for student grievances, service animals, and the Campus Parent Program.
