Warehouse & Administrative Associate – Bilingual (50% Warehouse / 50% Administrative)
Position SummaryThe Warehouse & Installation Administrative Associate plays a dual role supporting both warehouse operations and installation services. This position is responsible for protecting and handling inventory safely while also performing clerical and administrative tasks that impact all facets of the organization. This individual will work in a fast‑paced environment alongside subcontractors, office staff, and warehouse personnel to ensure materials are properly managed and installation jobs progress smoothly through completion.
WarehouseResponsibilities (50%)
- Receive, load, and unload goods and supplies, ensuring proper handling at all times
- Pull inventory based on work orders, stage materials in designated areas, and verify quantities prior to pickup
- Move materials within the warehouse using equipment such as a forklift as required
- Protect and maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- May be required to make deliveries or pick up materials using a company vehicle
- Wear required safety equipment, including steel toe boots
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Manage inbound communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence for the builder division
- Track installation progress using job summary reports and communicate daily updates or issues to the service representative
- Update company database with notes and data entry
- Manage required paperwork and prepare documentation such as forms and reports
- Develop and maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems
- Collect and review samples of defective materials and report findings to the Claims Department
- Coordinate with subcontractors, scheduling teams, and internal departments to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bi‑weekly payroll via direct deposit
- Eligible to participate in group health, dental & vision insurance plans after 60 days full‑time employment
- Supplemental life, accident, cancer and short‑term disability insurance available after 60 days full‑time employment
- Retirement Plans:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum one (1) year of warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain internal certification
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull materials throughout the workday
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer and data entry skills required
