Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – Food & Beverage Operations to support the smooth and efficient functioning of our Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. This role plays a critical part in coordinating administrative activities, maintaining records, supporting operational teams, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Food & Beverage Operations team.
  • Coordinate daily administrative activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Maintain accurate records related to vendors, inventory, invoices, purchase orders, and operational reports.
  • Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, and cost control initiatives within F&B operations.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as finance, procurement, HR, and compliance to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support vendor coordination, contract documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and data entry tasks with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and operational reviews when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Basic understanding of Food & Beverage operations and hospitality environments is an advantage.
Experience
  • 1–4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Prior experience supporting Food & Beverage, hospitality, facilities, or operations teams is preferred.
  • Experience working in a corporate, multinational, or structured organizational environment is a plus.
Working Hours
  • Full-time position
  • Standard business hours, Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility may be required based on operational needs, events, or peak periods

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management practices.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and maintain organized documentation.
