This position is contingent upon contract award to T1 Services, LLC (Tribal One) and successful completion of all pre‑employment and Government access requirements.

Compensation

This position is covered by the Service Contract Act (SCA).

Labor Category:
Administrative Assistant (01020) Base Wage: $28.89 per hour

Health & Welfare (H&W): $5.09 per hour (up to 40 hours per week)

Compensation includes a base wage of $28.89 per hour plus Service Contract Act health and welfare benefits valued at $5.09 per hour. Tribal One Professional Services

Tribal One Professional Services is seeking a qualified Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support services to the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), Office of General Counsel (OGC), located at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. The Legal Administrative Assistant will support attorneys and legal staff through a variety of administrative, records management, correspondence, reporting, and office support functions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a professional office environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and edit correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain calendars, appointments, suspense dates, meetings, and task tracking systems.
  • Establish, organize, maintain, and retrieve electronic and hard‑copy records and files.
  • Track incoming requests for legal review and maintain status reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
  • Support records management activities in accordance with Department of Navy requirements.
  • Coordinate office activities, meetings, and administrative actions.
  • Process mail, answer telephones, greet visitors, and provide reception support.
  • Maintain office files, databases, spreadsheets, and administrative tracking tools.
  • Assist with personnel training tracking and administrative reporting requirements.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and administrative materials.
  • Safeguard personally identifiable information (PII), sensitive information, and privileged communications.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum three (3) years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable Government background investigation and CAC.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Federal Government customers.
  • Experience in a legal office, executive office, or professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of records management principles and practices.
  • Experience using SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, or electronic records systems.
  • Familiarity with Privacy Act, FOIA, and handling sensitive government information.
  • Experience supporting attorneys, paralegals, or senior leadership.
Physical Requirements
  • Primarily sedentary office environment.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to move throughout an office environment and access filing systems.
