Automotive Tag and Title Clerk

Bob Tyler Toyota is seeking an experienced Tag and Title Clerk to join our fast-growing team.

You’ll spend your days processing vehicle registrations and title transfers efficiently. You’ll assist the finance department by calling customers to collect any missing items needed to process tag and title and more.

• You’ll assist the finance department by calling customers to collect any missing items needed to process tag and title.
• You’ll assist customers with questions regarding their vehicle tags and titles, providing exceptional service.
• You’ll maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• You’ll collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.

• Previous experience as a Tag and Title Clerk or in a similar role is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
