Home Instead, a trusted leader in in-home care with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role offers a chance to develop your scheduling, client communication, and problem-solving skills while making a meaningful impact on the lives of aging adults and their families.

• Create and manage client and Care Professional schedules with a focus on quality matches and continuity of care
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, call-outs, and last-minute changes
• Communicate compassionately with clients, families, Care Professionals, and team members
• Maintain accurate records and document activities within company software
• Develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted client care
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and support client satisfaction
• Assist with new client inquiries and prepare for Care Consultations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of related experience in scheduling, customer service, healthcare, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and confidently
• Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver’s license and availability for occasional evenings or weekends
• Knowledge of senior care industry is a plus
