Join Bob Tyler Toyota as an Automotive Service Lane Vehicle Upgrade Specialist. In this role you will have the opportunity to mine our database for viable customers to help them enhance their vehicle experience through upgrades and services. Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Assist customers in understanding available vehicle upgrade options.

Provide information on service packages and promotions and more.

• Mine our database for viable customers
• Assist customers in understanding available vehicle upgrade options
• Provide information on service packages and promotions
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized service lane
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction

• Some sales experience is a plus!
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
