The Automotive Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pensacola Metropolitan Area. The technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections, oil changes, and fluid checks, as well as diagnose and repair mechanical issues across a variety of makes and models. Daily tasks include working with suspension and other key systems, completing maintenance and repair orders, and following shop procedures and safety guidelines.

The role also involves communicating clearly with service advisors, maintaining accurate service records, and contributing to a clean, organized workspace to support efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

• Strong skills in vehicle maintenance and routine service tasks
• Proficiency in oil changes and related preventive maintenance work
• Experience in automotive repair and general maintenance & repair services
• Knowledge of suspension systems and related diagnostics
• Understanding of automotive safety standards and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical documentation
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE) or technical training are a plus
• Reliable work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
