Retention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Retention Specialist to join our team in Pensacola, Florida
. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to build and maintain strong, professional relationships with firm clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in firm relations, customer success, or account support, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position involves supporting firm onboarding, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture professional relationships with new and existing firm clients, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Respond to firm questions, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate onboarding, onboarding reports, and routine communications
  • Support firm account activity, review service trends, and gather feedback for improvements
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure alignment and uphold service standards
  • Identify process gaps or communication breakdowns and suggest improvements
  • Assist in preparing reports, service updates, and account summaries
  • Promote continuous service quality improvements and share client feedback with leadership
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in firm relations, account support, customer success, or similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills—professional, clear, proactive
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools
  • Reliable attendance, professionalism, and accountability
  • Preferred: experience supporting firm onboarding, account management, or service coordination in healthcare, legal, or similar service environments
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, healthcare administration, or equivalent experience is preferred
Compensation and Benefits
  • $17-$20 per hour
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
