Dealer Program Support and Service Coordinator-Pensacola

Job Summary:

The Dealer Sales Division within Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation provides products, services, and operational support to the entire dealer base throughout JPTI’s territory within the southeastern United States. These products include turf outdoor power equipment, handheld outdoor power equipment, parts, and accessories. JPTI mission is to improve our dealers’ business by offering innovative solutions and challenge their current strategies.

The Dealer Program Support & Service Coordinator is responsible for administering and supporting dealer service and program requirements for ECHO/Shindaiwa while working in a team environment that consistently provides world-class service while achieving and maintaining excellent operational standards, developing, and cultivating customer relationships, effectively partnering with all other lines of business to eliminate obstacles and maximize opportunities.

Primary Duties

Monitor, review, and process various claims for ECHO & Shindaiwa dealers including dealer warranty, bid, fleet, and other various promotional events.

Create various tracking sheets and forms using Excel, including the creation of data tables, pivot tables, etc. in Microsoft Excel.

Complete all required sales and service training provided by ECHO.

Provide technical or program support to ECHO dealers.

Plan, schedule, promote, and teach annual ECHO Dealer Service Schools (seasonal).

Maintain tracking sheets for each school held – including dealer locations and attendees.

Coordinate with JPTI ECHO dealers and the JPTI AE’s.

Review, update, and/or process sales orders, invoices, or credit memo for dealers.

Review, process, and maintain dealer records and files.

Includes the reviewing, updating and/or setting up new dealers on the ECHO portal.

Assist with special projects or other tasks assigned.

Ensure all company programs and initiatives are being followed.

Develop strong working relationships with dealers.

Work effectively across the JPTI organization to create a "WE" atmosphere in praise of achievement and in resolution of challenges. Each employee of JPTI is a valued team member and an integral part of the success of "OUR" organization and should be recognized as such.

Preferred Competencies, Qualifications, and Skills
  • EXCEL proficiency is a must
  • Associates degree in marketing or business, or an equivalent combination of education and technical/professional experience.
  • Customer service or retail experience.
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • Demonstrates aggressive, persuasive, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
