Senior Process Manager
Assume comprehensive ownership of the account, ensuring process adherence, compliance, team performance, attendance, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage performance and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high customer satisfaction from both internal and external clients.
- Plan and coordinate staffing activities for respective processes in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
- Effectively manage client relationships to maintain and grow existing business, ensuring revenue generation.
- Manage the budget and schedule for assigned projects.
- Coordinate interrelated operational tasks required to support proposed solutions.

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
