A leading Commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Known for delivering complex commercial projects across the Southeast, this company prioritizes quality, collaboration, and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will spearhead projects from initial planning to final completion, ensuring all tasks are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. We are looking for a professional who can manage the operational aspects while effectively engaging with clients and collaborating with field teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily management of commercial construction projects.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project execution.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and ownership teams.
  • Handle RFIs, change orders, submittals, and procurement activities.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues affecting cost or schedule.
  • Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Support successful project closeout and turnover processes.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor.
  • Experience managing ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction operations and project lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with budgeting and scheduling software, and construction documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
