Construction Project Coordinator

Our client is Florida's Premier Pool Builder and seeks a construction project coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and/or education on the business side of construction management. Prior experience in pool construction is a plus, but it is not required.

This is a full-time position (in-person) with an emphasis on managing the business side of project management and customer service. The Project Coordinator should be capable of managing multiple projects and clients at a time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects
• Main point of contact with homeowners during construction
• Manage the business side of project management - such as cost analysis and budgeting
• Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied
• Change orders and “up selling”
• Maintain excellent organization & communication

Qualifications:

• Experience as a construction project coordinator or construction business coordinator
• Educational background in construction management and/or experience in construction management.
• Experience with residential and commercial construction projects
• Technically skilled in construction management software and Microsoft Suite to include Excel
• Excellent communication skills & organization skills
• Customer service oriented
• Positive “can do” attitude is critical
• Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines
• A background check will be conducted for this position
• Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience.
