• Lead & Oversee:
  Drive daily operations, from OSHA compliance to managing subcontractors, ensuring top-tier execution on every project.
• Plan & Execute:
  Develop project schedules, oversee logistics, and ensure seamless execution from pre-construction to closeout.
• Ensure Safety & Quality:
  Uphold the highest safety and quality standards, leading site inspections, benchmark reviews, and compliance checks.
• Collaborate & Communicate:
  Work closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Field Teams, ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving.
• Drive Results:
  Manage resources, schedules, and expectations to meet or exceed project goals and client expectations.

• 8-12 years of construction experience with proven success in Mission Critical – Data Center projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.
• The ability to adapt to change, multi-task, and handle competing priorities with confidence.
• A problem-solver’s mindset with sharp business judgment to balance budgets, timelines, and quality.
