Commercial Roof Project Manager

Overview

Commercial Roof Project Manager position available. A client company that we are working with is actively interviewing for the role of Commercial Roofing Project Manager
. The company is well known in the roofing market for reputable work and for treating customers, clients, and employees fairly. They are open to speaking with individuals who have years of roof experience in project management, superintendent, or foreman roles.

• Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures
• Review estimates with management
• Work with a variety of commercial roofs: TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and more
• Run commercial roofing projects on time and under budget
• Lead crews of foremen, superintendents, etc.
• Conduct site visits and determine the type of roof systems currently installed

• 2+ years of estimating experience and project management
• Experience with commercial roofing materials and techniques
• Ability to lead a team/crew
• Positive attitude, analytical, self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player

• Above-market base salary (85k-120k depending on experience) with commission bonuses
