The RoleYou’ll be the first and last impression for every guest.
This isn’t just a front desk job. You’ll manage the flow of the spa, keep things running smoothly, and confidently recommend services, packages, and products.
It’s a mix of customer service, organization, and sales. If you like being busy, staying organized, and working with people, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Be Doing Guest Experience- Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and front desk flow
- Keep the reception and waiting area clean, calm, and organized
- Support light housekeeping to maintain high standards
- Answer calls and provide accurate information
- Schedule appointments efficiently with minimal gaps or errors
- Coordinate with clinical staff throughout the day
- Communicate clearly with clients and teammates
- Educate guests on services, packages, and products
- Recommend add-ons and encourage repeat visits
- Support retail sales and membership conversions
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA‑compliant client records
- Handle general admin and office organization
- Use scheduling systems and Microsoft Office tools daily
- Guests feel looked after, not rushed
- The schedule runs smoothly with minimal mistakes
- You stay calm during busy periods
- You take ownership of the front desk
- You’re comfortable recommending services and driving revenue
- 2+ years in customer service, retail, front desk, or medical office roles (preferred)
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Retail sales or upselling experience is a strong plus
- Strong phone manner and communication skills
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and booking systems
- Professional, polished, and personable
- Understanding of HIPAA is beneficial
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to work on-site
- 30–32 hours per week
- Some evenings (up to 7:45 pm)
- Some Saturdays required
- Open availability preferred
- Military spouses are encouraged to apply
